1. Minimum Order Value

  • Opening Order: $100

  • Reorder Minimum: $75

2. Minimum Order Quantities

  • Tote Bags, Art Prints: 3

  • Pencil Cases, Stationery, Letter Sets, Mini Notecards, Washi Tape, Notepads, Gift Wrap: 4

  • Greeting Cards, Bookmarks, Stickers: 8

3. How to Place Your Order

4. Wholesale Pricing & Retail Pricing

We ask that products purchased from Katiebird Prints be sold at or above our current recommended retail price (RRP) and in their original packaging.

  • Please refer to the pricing shown on our website or in our most recent line sheet.

  • Wholesale and RRP pricing are subject to change based on market conditions.

  • Discounts exceeding 15% off RRP must receive written approval.

  • All wholesale prices are listed before applicable sales tax, shipping, or customs fees.

5. Payment Terms

  • New accounts are invoiced pro forma — payment is required before your order ships.

  • For approved returning stockists, Net 30 terms may apply upon request.

  • Payment methods accepted:

    • Credit/debit card (via PayPal invoice)

    • ACH/bank transfer

Please report any invoicing errors within 3 business days of receipt. If we do not hear from you, we’ll assume the invoice is correct and payment will be due in full.

Late payments may result in:

  • Loss of Net 30 terms

  • Delay or cancellation of future orders

  • Suspension of wholesale access

  • Referral to collections if necessary

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is charged at cost and added to your invoice.

  • Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, though turnaround may extend during peak times. Let us know if you have a firm deadline.

  • Free shipping is available on U.S. orders of $200+ (pre-tax).

  • International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes.

If any items arrive damaged or missing, please notify us within 10 calendar days, including photos of both the product and shipping box for claim processing.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns, but are happy to replace any defective or damaged items reported within 15 calendar days of delivery. Photos must be provided.

6. Resale, Online Listings & Marketplaces

Our brand reputation is important to us. Wholesale stockists may not resell Katiebird Prints products via third-party marketplaces including Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, or similar platforms without express written permission.

Products should be sold direct-to-consumer through your approved store(s) only. Bulk resale to other entities is not permitted.

7. Store Proximity & Exclusivity

We aim to avoid oversaturating specific neighborhoods or zip codes. We may check in with existing stockists before approving a new account in close proximity.

8. Copyright & Brand Representation

All Katiebird Prints artwork is protected by copyright. You may not modify our designs, packaging, or remove any logos or identifying marks.

If listing our products online, please include “Katiebird Prints” in the product title or description to ensure accurate brand representation.
