Returns + Exchanges

Items can be returned for a full refund, with the following stipulations:

Return and exchange requests must be made within 14 days of item delivery. Please contact me at katiebirdprints@gmail.com or via Contact form.

Return and exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of item delivery.

  • Items returned past this window will not be refunded.

  • Condition of Return/Exchange: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned/exchanged unless proof of damage or defect is provided.

  • Items lost in transit are eligible for a refund, but not guaranteed, and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds will be issued within 2 business days after receiving the returned item.

Cancellations

Please contact me as soon as possible if you have any problems with your order. I do my best to fulfill orders in a timely manner and often cancellation requests are made after the item has already been printed/shipped. If your item has already been printed/shipped, any cancellation requests will need to be addressed as a return or exchange.

Proof of Delivery

All items are shipped with postal tracking information. Unfortunately, any item that is marked “Delivered” is the responsibility of the buyer to contact their local post office to make an inquiry. If your item is shown lost in transit, please contact me for a resolution, either a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
